[Franchise] got fired as Coach although option is turned off

Why am I getting fired first year every time? I turn coach firing off and it still happens. What’s the point of putting an option to turn it off if it doesn’t? Talked to ea and they tried to blame it on an algorithm that can’t be changed, then why the option to turn it off?

    @diidoswaggnz ☹️ thank you for reporting this issue! did you switch this option off directly when starting your league? or during the season?

    did you already try to switch it on? possibly the logic is programmed wrong and simply turned upside down. But I have to admit that my guesses are just shots in the dark hoping that there is an easy solution/workaround available for you. good luck!

    Same exact issue (Xbox One). First time, had Coach Firing set to "CPU Only" and got fired by year 3. Second attempt in season 2 had Coach Firing set to "Off" and was fired again. Very frustrating and limiting in this year's franchise mode.
