Summarize your bug Auto scouting does not work. First scouting is now unnecessarily complicated, cryptic, and tedious. I liked using points. It was arcade-y, yes, but FUN. And many players are not about simulating to the nth degree. We're about FUN! So I gave up reluctantly and set the scouting to AUTO. But almost no player is more than 50% scouted. None more than 55%. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW WHO TO DRAFT. I even started a new franchise with the AUTO at the start. NO GO. It simply does not work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a franchise. Sin the Franchise Settings, set Scouting to AUTO. Play a season (simulated or actually playing).
What happens when the bug occurs? Look at the scouting reports. No player is 100%. Almost no player is even 50%.
What do you expect to see? Many players at more than 80%, especially in the first 2-3 rounds.

I was a game developer (Motocross Madnesss, MX vs ATV, Splashdown, Cars).  Sometimes designers forget that the point of playing video games is FUN FUN FUN.  Putting players through tedious exercises is NOT FUN.

Offseason is maybe more fun for me than the season itself (except for the great fun of playing the game itself.

But you are destroying it.  So for offline players at least, we need a CLASSIC scouting option.  NO TEDIOUS ASSIGNING OF SCOUTS. ARGH!!

As a substitute for CLASSIC, then auto scouting should work at least, It does not,  And auto means full auto. I never want to see the name of a scout.
