Franchise mode crash to dashboard

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Zerimar916
Date/time issue occurred August 8 2019/ 9 P.M. pst
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
Summarize your bug In my second year of franchise I cannot play a game. I'm a coach everything was fine I played one game. Then the next crashed and can't play it since. I select play game and on it's losing screen it crashes and sends me to Xbox dashboard. Please fix. I paid good money to play
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. One minute the game was working the next it wasn't
What happens when the bug occurs? Whole game crashes sends me to Xbox home screen
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to get fixed as I paid $60 for it

    @Scottyhalf2 I started new Online franchises and have the same issue. I started a new offline and it seems to be running smooth.

    In the 3rd season of an online CFM with 2 some of my friends and about midway through I was no longer able to play a game, it would load and crash before it started. Restarted my xbox, uninstalled/reinstalled, and even left the league and came back but the problem persisted.

    We decided to sim that week and I was able to play so we assumed it was just a one off bug. Until the week after that it began to crash back to the Xbox dashboard. At first it seemed like it was only road games since the schedule at the point was alternating road and home games. Until i hit back to back home games and only one of them worked so it seems like every other game crashes. 

    This is very frustrating and I don’t want to inconvenience everyone else by starting a whole new franchise, I just want this one to work. Looking at older topics with people having a similar issue leaves me less than optimistic that this will be fixed.

    Im using a custom roster on PC and it completley crashes my game if I try to play a single game on franchise offline
