Franchise mode with matchmaking
It would be cool if, in some way shape or form, we had a franchise mode except where we could matchmake and make it through the season at our own pace. It seems logistically impossible, but I think it could be done.
The major problems are fidelity to the seasons each team is having, & competition of a user.
-You could do a franchise pool of people playing their games, and then add a challenger pool and pay them in madden coins (for MUT) for playing.
Or
-You could just let everyone take their franchise team in its current setup and head to matchmaking with them. Possibly running into your own team, the same opponents, etc.
either way, once a player has played their regular season games, they either make into a playoff pool, or head to an off-season queue. The off-season queue won't start until there are enough players so that a free agency pool can be generated, drafts? could be done the same or done with a fewer number of players to speed it along.
In the end this would bring a new life to madden while also connecting it with other modes more than outside of EA/third parties, which are fun, and should still be an option, but this would be awesome!
