Franchise offseason broken

My online franchise with freinds hit the resign period. We resigned our players and advanced to free agency. We then got kicked back to resign period did it all over again and advanced. None of the players we resigned were on our team. It didn't register our resign. So we are going through offseason and kept getting kicked out for "inactivity". Everytime it did that it would reset the week and all contracts we offered or trades we did were reset. We are currently in the draft and have been kicked 6 times due to "inactivity" and it keeps kicking us back to the start of the 2nd round. This has happened in 2 franchise leagues spanning over a week now.
