Franchise rollover cap

I’m in my 3rd season of a franchise and I noticed that I received a nice chunk in rollover during my 2nd offseason. My question is does that rollover for a second season? The example

In my ‘24 offseason, the cap is set at $265 million. The rollover from ‘23 is $31.3 million. My adjusted cap for ‘24 is then set at $296 million. My total spending now during the ‘24 season is $270 million (which is $5 million over the original salary cap, but $26 million below the adjusted cap.) Will that $26 million carry over to 2025 or will I be hard capped at the league-set salary cap?
