I'll alert the team the latest update isn't applying the changes to Franchises. I'll need you to provide me the following:
- Gamertag/PSN ID/PC Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- Is this for offline/cloud/both franchises you're experiencing this

@EA_Blueberry Issue seems to be almost fixed. Only issue is individuals who were upgraded to x factor don't have their x factor ability. For example, DeForest Buckner has no x factor ability even though he is listed as one now
@Rbagley92 The superstars don’t have their abilities as well when you start a franchise.
