    UPDATE (Sept. 2): 

    this issue has been announced to be solved with the patch presented in Good Morning Madden today (Sept 2nd 2021), see Madden NFL 22 Title Update - September 2nd (ea.com).

    This is not a fix for the bug but someone mentioned that you can change the default uniforms and the scores and stats will be correct.  I just verified, IT WORKS!!!!!!

    I played the same game that for the 3rd time that bugged out on me twice, I changed the both teams uniforms and the correct score and stats were there when I finished the game!

To add to the problem above:

Playing the full game, or offense defense only doesn't retain the stats acquired through the game play. So breakout scenarios aren't triggering the player upgrade when the requirements are met. So it is essentially just simulating the game. Which would be alright if you are trying to get one scenario; but I am currently in a fantasy drafted franchise mode and DK Metcalf is on his X-factor breakout scenario with Henry Ruggs III on a duo-threat scenario as well. Played the game twice hitting the requirements for both, but at the end of each game final score were low scoring affairs that did not reflect the scores acquired.

Played full game after the rest of the game simulated the game went back to doing the error code from madden 21……can nobody fix this crap? Different year same problem that can’t be fixed. Oh & im on ps5 too. Geez
