Summarize your bug Teams are not re-signing their big name free agents. It is really noticeable after year two with players like Justin Herbert, Trevon Diggs, Nick Bosa, Justin Jefferson and many more becoming free agents. These players would never hit free agency in real life.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Actually play franchise.
What happens when the bug occurs? It ruins the actual emersion of franchise because it immediately becomes unrealistic.
What do you expect to see? Teams re-signing their star players.

Teams are not re-signing their big name free agents. It is really noticeable after year two with players like Justin Herbert, Trevon Diggs, Nick Bosa, Justin Jefferson and many more becoming free agents. These players would never hit free agency in real life. It ruins the actual emersion of franchise because it immediately becomes unrealistic.
Not only are people like Justin Herbert entering free agency but almost every rookie (like Malik Willis) is on the trade block or will be year 2 (I also saw on my franchise where the browns had Watson on the trade block yr 2 because they signed Brady and Steelers signed Mayfield even though they have Picket). And teams are still drafting players they wouldn’t, like the chiefs drafting a second round qb!
