Hi @AJ102014 One issue we might be seeing is if you have multiple of the same Persona on one EA account (multiple Xbox GT's)
To check:
- Visit profile.ea.com
- Under the Connections tab, verify you see your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag. Not seeing it? You are logged into the incorrect account.
- If you see more than 1 Xbox or PSN ID each, you will need to remove one and log into any EA game with the removed ID to prompt account creation for that ID.
- YOU WILL LOSE PROGRESS FOR THAT UNLINKED GAMERTAG/PSN ID. Visit here for full information on what you lose, including info on Battle Pass for Apex Legends.
- It is important you link up the Gamertag/PSN ID you removed to a new EA account or else this error can still occur.
