My friend was banned last Wednesday for 7 days, but it hasn’t ended to this day. It is now coming up on 11 days and EA won’t respond to me or him through email. I’m really frustrated with EA because of this as I’ve been getting up early everyday just be disappointed. Please help as nothing else is.
Still nothing new, he’s still banned and neither of us have recieved any help from EA.
The thing is that he had spent 500$ on the game before the ban and this is all on EA for being a terrible company when it comes to customer support.

We are not able to discuss account details here nor discuss another individual's personal account information.
Please have your friend contact our Support team for them to review their EA account if the ban was supposed to be overturned by now and still hasn't.

He just got permanently banned for “cheating” and EA said they will investigate it as it may be a mistake.
