Frustration - Ban on account

Ok so take it for what it's worth but I need to vent about the way e.a and madden are handling their customers...

Let's start from the the least important to the most crucial 


<span;>1. To pay and compete but not ever recieve madden rewards or twitch drops.. in the beginning of mut21 I was a little upset felt like I deserve them so I reached out, to no outcome... whatever they ain't that important I can do with out right?.... let's go on

<span;>2. Recently felt like I couldn't surpass my over all of 96.. which is complete non sense cause more then half my team is gold 99's.. 

<span;>3. Recently was suspended 2x in the past month for reasons unknown as well.. no one had answers besides "suspicion" let's fast foward... so with the suspension comes the locked auction house... COOL! I'll just buy madden cash FROM THE CONSOLE ITSELF, so through out the suspension and even before and after I spent well over 500$ in the span of 2 months...

<span;>4. Suspension lifts now I sell the cards I bought in the house and actually purchased so amazing packs with that... end of story I made my team catch up to date by completing the requirements and sets needed to proceed

<span;>5.NOW HERE COMES THE AMAZINGLY MINDBLOWING B.S... last week I try to use the madden mobile, wouldn't work, go to my xbox, won't work, I eventually receive a screen that says IVE BEEN PERMANENTLY BANNED FOR CONDUCT OR SOMETHING TO THAT MATTER, LETS GO ON... I LOG INTO THE EA PLAY ACCOUNT AND SEE I HAVE UNKNOW DEVICES ACTIVE IN CHICAGO, MIND U IM FROM NY... SO I SCREEN SHOT IT REMOVE THEM SCREEN SHOT AGAIN... HOUR LATER THEY ARE BACK, I REPAT THE SAME STEPS...

<span;>FINALLY.GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE SHE TAKES MY CASES AND SAYS SOMEONE WILL EMAIL U AFTER REVIEW BUT CANT PROMISE THE BAN WILL BE LIFTED BUT U CAN ALWAYS DISPUTE AGAIN...

<span;>now last night I'm tired of waiting and not getting any help from anyone.. I get a rude rep on phone.. explain the same thing his reply is even if u were hacked its ur job to keep it secure not ours and ENDS THE CHAT!!! Like wow ok... I do contact again.. same story explained.. replied... u just gotta wait for email  I explained frustration and asked what the hold up is... she said it have you used the trade block ? Yes I have multiple accounts that my family and I use, so we sometimes trade players being one account has the game pass its cheaper to purchase it that way...

<span;>Then we get disconnected And now I can't get in contact with anyone

<span;>At the end.of the day it's ROBBERY by them disabling the account and STEALING the players I've earned and purchased. Because of "suspicion".. I've done research and apparently I'm not the only one in my situation 

<span;>Long story short if nothing is done today I'm canceling e.a all together, I can't even play nfs.. they want me to wait for review but continue to charge the payments for. Everything... how fair is that???

Been 2 weeks now and still no communication besides just wait for an email

    I was banned a little more than a week ago for giving my friends cards and coins trying to be nice because I had a lot of coins and they had very little to none. I then got banned for coin distribution in which I didn't know was against TOS because I see a lot of Youtubers and streamers giving cards and coins away and nothing happens. Ea also does giveaways on theirs twitch account so it seemed ok to do. I played madden so much this year just to be banned for being a nice guy. I've been trying to get unbanned by apologizing to EAhelp because thats all I can do because I broke TOS and all they say is there is "We did the right thing". I just want to play the game I love so if any EA dev sees this message....and want to help a person that made a simple mistake that will never happen again. My PSN is IcAnTpull_LTDs I would really appreciate it if you help me get unbanned.

    @EA_Blueberry i was also wrongly banned from MUT in MADDEN22 days ago because i've never done any of the violations that are listed on the agreement,and by looking for the first time ever on these forums here,i see that i'm not the only one having this problem,and any company that receives continuos complaints of its costumers about the same issues should look for a flaw,because statistically it is impossible that so many users are "guilty" for the same problem,unless it is a company that promotes and rewards cheating.
    Either you fix this flaw that cause unjustified bans of so many of us,or in 2 years,when the NFL regenotiates its videogames lincenses,EA will lose the license that almost lost last time,because the NFL will keep receiving complaints of us about how a licensed company of theirs is doing what you are doing here.
    (Also for security motives of us,you should inform of the alleged cause that causes a ban,because it can be caused by hacked accounts that may compromise any other account or activity we have besides this)

    They don’t talk on the phone? What kind of customer service is that? Lol why bother to ask ha. Bad customer service, bad rules, don’t implement the rules across the board. There is a company bound for future success. 

  • @deejjig EA sadly are just treating us customers like crap. We dont get an explanation. Allways just feels like a robot answer. See plently of people getting banned for all sort of random *. and just get Ignored or Robotic email as an answer.

    In my case Apex Legends. Hacked back in season 6-7 Call center Works amazingly got my account back and all fixed.

    Then fast forward to Season 11. Bougth a "New" used PC
    Played for a little before season 11 ended. Team is setup and ready for season 12 we wake up earlyer discuss tactics ready streams and all is GOOD!

    Login to the account, Game Client banned. Call center sadly couldnt help. Execpt they opend a case for me. + i made an appeal. (Got an Robotic email saying i should spam appeals even tho their own support made it)

    4-5 days later. Robotic Email said. We checked the account and you broke the rules... HMMMM Appeal again! I wanted an explanation on waht had happen and what would that mean for future accounts how could i prevent this?

    EA ends this nicely by just Marking all as FIXED and ignore me completly

    29 Banned accounts later. Guess they HWID This new pc..... Or IP banned no clue since they wont even say *!
  • @Noorani30 No wonder MMG (Madden Mobile Gods) is blocked by EA and EA SPORTS on Twitter lmaoooo. He trash talks EA 24/7 and lights them up for how * they are of a company.
  • @deejjig Same for me!!!! From Spain I purchased FIFA 21 and 3 months later I was banned. Several emails, claims, and 1 year later still no clear response. They just say: “you have a ban because you have not follow the rules”. But We have done nothing but play!!! Maybe our account was hacked? Who knows!!! I have lost 100€ (120$) with no response on EA side. I will never purchase nothing from EA again. Take care guys!
  • My account has been banned from the transfer market even through I did not breached any of EA rules. Could you please help me to solve it out, I am very nervous now because I just qualify for the FGS Qualifier 4. If you can take any action about it, I would be extremely appreciated for your help.

  • i'm with you on this my apex account got hacked and banned as a result of what the hacker did, i have made multiple tickets to get it unbanned and they always send back an automated message, not even considering what i am saying and now i found out today that they banned my whole account. Now i can't play any EA games that i have bought and all the money i have spent on it has been wasted.
