Fumbling and onside kick recovery

Summarize your bug Two issues - I played around 20 online games, each which averaged around two to three fumbles. In most cases they were not user hit stick fumbles. Thus seems excessive. Second, the new onside kick mechanics are laughable. If the receiving team does not go into recovery formation, it's easy to place the ball for your team to jump on it. But I'll routinely sit and watch 4 of my guys try in vain to pick up the ball, before eventually the other team gets there and jumps on it. Again, not very realistic.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a lot of matches, perform onside kicks with receiving Tema in base formation.
What happens when the bug occurs? Excess fumbles, lack of easy onside kick recoveries.
What do you expect to see? In real life, a team in explicit onside formation will grab the ball on the first or second try, not the 5th. Also, you should be averaging one or less fumbles a game.
