Community ManagerThis sounds like your console is overheating.
Try cleaning the dust/lint out of the console vents and store the console out in the open and see if that helps.

Today I let the Xbox sit for several hours before trying the game. I loaded it up played one snap and it crashed again and retried the process several times.
The fan is working in the Xbox everything is cool to the touch.
Update 11/1/23
Still crashing and won't let me play . I can switch right over to Madden 24 trial ( and any other game ) and play with no problems . Its only happening on Madden 23 doesn't matter if the box is cold, cool , intermediate warm or hot for it to happen. It's a sudden issue for me but there are plenty of people experiencing the problem.
