Game Changer Missing Content.

So I am on pc and I went to go look at the season XP challenges and when I go under programs and see that you need to get 100 stars in the Game Changer category but I am seeing that you can get only a max of 64 stars and that's where I am stuck. I cannot seem to get my 7,500 XP. Not sure what to do - am I the only one having this issue? There is also a challenge to complete all 8 Game Changer challenges but you can only finish 7 full ones. Looking for help!
