Game crash when changing system volume (Windows 10)

Anyone have this happen? I changed the system volume using my USB keyboard ("soft" volume), and it crashed Madden with an error code (I couldn't capture it because EXPLORER.EXE also crashed). This ...

It was a one-time thing since I haven't messed with it since (I'm scared).

No pending updates - I keep my machine up to date. This was isolated to Madden + Origin (app).

Good to hear it was at least isolated. If it comes up again please let us know so we can start collecting more reports on this. Thank you for posting this on the forums to make us aware.
