My app keeps crashing constantly. Usually it’s when I first load up the game, try load solos, or when I try to play regular exhibition games. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled numerous and I have also hard reset my Xbox several times. Seems like I have tried everything I can think of. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

I did some more testing last night on this issue and also got the Replay Challenge crash to kick in. This crash kicked in when I would replay a challenge multiple times (both times it occurred I was replaying the challenging between the 7th and 10th attempt when it occurred). As for the other issue of the play next challenge that issue is also still occurring and I know EA is investigating. Its pure speculation as to what the cause is but I believe that there is a super sim or variant of super sim running behind the load screen. I believe the super sim is becoming stuck in the simulation and causing the game to crash. I have no proof of this and I obviously do not know what they are doing behind the load screen but I have seen many complaints of super sim and freezing and it would make the most sense from my perspective.
As for the replay challenge causing a crash I am not sure what causes it other than a memory cache leaking or being at capacity.
That's all I know for now.
It happens in between challenges finish one challenge hit play next challenge it goes to the leading screen loads for a little then bam crash.
I have also now tried different challenges in different sets to see maybe if it was just certain ones nope its crashing on all of them. Just gonna have to do it the old way for now finish load back to mut and select the next one.
That is correct. This is not a challenge set specific issue and also does not appear to be lineup specific. I have seen others posting similar to me that this feature worked fine the night of the 24th and all day on the 25th. Something happened on the 26th that started causing this from what I can see.
I can also confirm it was fine up until those dates
I'm having the exact same issue in regards to the game crashing everytime I select "play next challenge", does anyone know of a fix or are they still investigating?
I opened a case a couple days ago and was told they were investigating but unfortunately my case is showing as resolved.
My madden 20 keeps freezing after I play a mut challenge. I did a hard reset and I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It still does it

Summarize your bug Doing the Epic Challenge with Baker Mayfield. Just about 3/4 times the game freezes while in the challenge, and usually at the very end of a play after being tackled. I've replicated this on 2 different PC's, so it's not just my PC. It's pretty irritating when you pass a challenge do then have it freeze.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on PC. Do a solo challenge. Epic with Baker Mayfield. Freezes 3/4 of the time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes. Have to go to Task Manager or Alt-F4 out to close game.
What do you expect to see? Not a frozen screen, losing progress in a challenge.
