Game crashes when playing Solo Challenges & Exhibition Games

Mine is doing the same. I pull up ultimate team and I can be on for about 20 seconds before it crashes. 

Everytime I attempt to play a MUT Solo Challenge (regardless of what challenge) my game crashes back to my home screen. I've tried hard resetting my Xbox, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it on Internal storage already. I don't see any other options to get this to work.

Same here, cant play any challenges!

It's super frusterating because I paid more to play it early and I can't even do it. 

I am getting an error message that reads, "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" whenever I try to play any challenge in MUT. I have gone through all the recommended clearing of storages and DNS settings. Please help, thank you.

I'm having the same exact issue, I called the psn help line and we went through numerous step to make sure it wasnt a system issue and was eventually told to call ea cuase it sound like a game issue, and when I called ea I talked to 3 diffrent people about it and the final conclusion was they told me to just wait for a patch cuase I wasnt the 1st case like this 

Same for me on PS4 and I called ea help and all they could tell me after talking to multiple people about the issue was just to wait for a patch becuase I wasnt the 1st person to complain about the issue spent extra money on a broken game I couldn't even play early 

EA should give us pity packs lol 

Same thing is happening to me. I’m very frustrated that I can’t play yet all my friends can. Paid 90 dollars for this game and was really looking forward to playing it. I haven’t even got to play since Saturday during my free trial. It’s definitely not fair
