Game crashes when playing Solo Challenges & Exhibition Games

Yeah this is my first madden I've bought in 3 years its upsetting that this is an issue. Totally turns me off to the idea if buying another one. Support also just had me do stuff on my end. Blaming the xbox not the game. 

I’m also having the same problem. I can’t play a solo challenge without it crashing. What’s going on Ea?

Summarize your bug When ever i try and load into a solo challenge it just decides to crash. I can't even play solo battles either. Sometimes i am able to load the challenge but it thinks i am in franchise. For example when ever i want do theme builder or NFL EPICS and i actually load in the game, it just deletes my team and it deletes the challenges and acts like it a franchise game. I have done everything i can do to try and fix this problem/bug. From deleting the game several time to restarting the game. I also tried installing it on the actual xbox instead of my eternal hardrive and it still did not work. i just want to grind and have fun on this new game i actually enjoy. Plz help me bring back old madden 20 back to being perfect again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Doing some bug updates again.
What happens when the bug occurs? When is occurs is just crashes my game
What do you expect to see? i hopefully expect to see madden 20 working good again like it did in the trail.

I got home to an update for madden on my PC. The bug is fixed.

Hey Madden fans,

For those that are still crashing, do you have Quick Presentation set as your presentation settings? The team is aware of an issue surrounding that and it could be related.

@EA_BlueberryI legitly went through all settings in the menu and dont even see "presentation settings"

@EA_Blueberry It doesnt seem like a settings bug console causing bug. It seems like a game code bug. Something is causing the game to crash consistently at the same time for everyone. So tell them it's a code issue not any of this other stuff. Nothing is fixing it. It's a waste of time doing all of this. Just have then pull up the code and figure it out please.

We already sent this up to the team earlier in the week for review and it's being investigated. Our Live-Support teams do not try to deflect the console as the cause of the error, unless Sony and Microsoft have confirmed something from their end that we'll let customers know they are aware of it. It's important to troubleshoot through various procedures like reinstalling (remove corrupted files), power cycle consoles, and other steps to rule out those factors because it's not always an issue that could be affecting every player.

Our goal is to make sure the team is aware of it and try to find you a workaround fix in the meantime while it's being investigated, so you can immediately jump into the game you purchased at launch. I know experiences like this are not expected and can be frustrating to deal with, so we do apologize in advance for being impacted.

Ive reinstalled the game a few times, including on my internal storage.

It crashes on the loading screen after selecting the challenge/difficulty and hitting play. It attempts to load the challenge then crashes, booting me to the home screen. This happens on literally every challenge I try to play myself. (I can play challenges in COOP mode oddly enough)
