Game crashing since 02/23/23

    Hi,

    Thanks for responding to my issue. I bought Madden 23 from Steam. I used to play from the shortcut created by the steam install. I fixed the issue on my own this morning by fixing a setting in windows that were preventing the EA background service from accessing the local network. I used windows to run dcomcnfg command. Component Services, Computers, My Computer, then right-click to bring up the properties, Com Security tab, edit default access permissions, make sure there are entries for system and network service and that local access is allowed. Hope that helps!

    The previous issue was that the app would not log me is saying something was wrong with the account, or ask to restart the app.

Hi @PearlJamJV To confirm do you own and play Madden 23 from the EA App or Steam?

When you mentioned the app won't let you log in, is that the EA App?
