Summarize your bug Any online game mode it crashes. It will either dashboard or turn my Xbox completely off. It happens every time during a game. I literally have to try to make people quit before I can lag out to make progress in anything.

What happens when the bug occurs? Dashboard or Xbox turns off.

I’ve tried everything to fix this. I’ve contacted ea and Microsoft and have gotten nothing in return. It is at the point I want a complete refund of the game.
