Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
I have EA Access and redownloaded Madden 20 TWICE for the PS4. I can't get past the "Press Any Button" loading screen because the loading bar stops midway. It worked perfectly fine on the Xbox One trial but yet won't work for the PS4 This has wasted about 30 mins of my trial time because I haven't been able to even get to the Pro Bowl game where you learn the controls. Any idea how to fix it?
Community AdminDo you have the game installed on an external hard drive and have you tried reinstalling the EA Access app?

It didn't fix it. It still only loads halfway and stops.
Tried literally everything that has been suggested and absolutely nothing works. If the internet is on, the game grey screens and will sit there in that state until the end of time. Tried re-downloading the entire game. Didn't fix anything. PSN name is Barreh_

This is still being investigated and it's really disheartening as a longtime Madden fan to hear you've purchased the game and unable to play it for that long. Please get in touch with our Live-Support team either on our website by submitting a case or contact EA Help on Twitter. There have been some successful workaround fixes in this thread, but if they aren't working for you we'll need to get one of our technical support advisors to pull up your account and get this fixed for you ASAP.

Good news though is that the Madden team has made progress on this and is looking to address it for good in a future update. 👍

I have a Xbox one and I got madden 20 by every time I launch the game it always stops loading at showtime, I haven’t even got to play yet and it’s vey aggravating. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
