This is still being investigated and it's really disheartening as a longtime Madden fan to hear you've purchased the game and unable to play it for that long. Please get in touch with our Live-Support team either on our website by submitting a case or contact EA Help on Twitter. There have been some successful workaround fixes in this thread, but if they aren't working for you we'll need to get one of our technical support advisors to pull up your account and get this fixed for you ASAP.

I've tried that I'm in Europe so they never call and they never respond to my tweets or DMS I have a few open cases on the chat .can anyone help in anyway ?

Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
