Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
I've tried that I'm in Europe so they never call and they never respond to my tweets or DMS I have a few open cases on the chat .can anyone help in anyway ?

Moved your post over here. Does changing your DNS on the console fix this for you?
have a new problem, was playing and the game erased my franchise mode, now when i load the game after i go past the accessibility page where i pick my fav team i get a blue screen saying error every time. this just started today after madden updated to version 1.12
Is far changing the DNS is working. Fingers crossed
