    Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

Sorry to hear that's happening to you, does the workaround by changing the DNS get around it for you?

Good news though is that the Madden team has made progress on this and is looking to address it for good in a future update. 👍

      @EA_Blueberry I have tried every single method on this thread , all 11 pages worth, I have tried to call PlayStation and EA, I have changed DNS, reset internet , reset console, delete game and reinstall, tried to turn off my WiFi, tried four different connection, I’ve tried it all and nothing has worked, what can I do or who can I contact to fix this grey screen issue on my ps4?

        @dansickelsmith This is some *. I got this game last 5 days ago and have not been able to play it once because of this same problem. Changed DNS, took of the screen recording thing for PS4, reset internet, done a power cycle multiple times a day, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 3 times and nothing has worked. I love madden and everything it just sucks I have not played this years game yet and I have been waiting a while to get it.
