Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
I tried the default one that just comes with the PS4 and then I started to do research because my game would not load and people were saying when they switched theirs to google it started working. So that's the only one that I have tried is googles.

Community AdminDo you own digital or physical copies? Are you able to load up the game on a different PSN ID to see if it's account related?
