Game got glitched out with 2 accounts

I just got done talking to an agent about my account, I guess I had 2 gamer tags linked up to the same email account and when I logged into the side account it combined both accounts on my main and I lost all my coins I just recently got by selling my team, because I’m assuming the second account made the main get bugged or something. so I asked if they could get rid of my secondary account and we were able to but it won’t let me play any solo challenges, it won’t let me play any online games, and the players I have i shows are in my lineup but when I go into a solo all my players are players it gives you when you first join MUT. I can’t play any other solos other than the Easter promo and all my players are 68 overalls and aren’t the same as is shown in my line up. It says my team name is my second accounts name.  Please help.
