Gameface

i can't upload my gameface on to madden. When I try it says "unable to download a game face, please create a game face at www.EASPORTS.com/gameface. I already did this. with the same email on my xbox...

Is Game Face an option on Madden 15?

    Where is the option to upload your Game Face in the game?? I can't find it anywhere.

    I just spend 2 1/2 hours  with a advisor.  he said a specialist will email me about my issue.
