Not able to access the field passes and not able to level up its been three days

why is this game so broken.......
My competitive pass has now updated to level 4 but no rewards
I am missing
Level 2- 5000 coins
Level 3 - mut champions token
Level 4 - 10000 coins
Can an EA rep help me please..... thanks
I’m in the exact same boat. I have not received todays season 1 XP daily, solo battles Xp, or the 25000 competitive XP that was started after the update this morning……. SMH
Hopefully EA will fix this problem…. I’m stuck on level 34. It shows after I’ve won Mut champions, season games, etc right after my latest win, (really quick stat graphic), that my level is almost 37………come on EA.
