How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up the pass
What happens when the bug occurs? When xp is earned at level 4

I'm having the same issue on pc. Didn't get 25000 xp. Also started at level 4 and didn't get rewards for first 4 levels

Still no comp pass rewards. Fix your game
