Were you able to resolve this issue? I've had the same problem on PS4 since 8/4
Never got a response from EA **surprise!!**. On further efforts I found that the franchise league that I was a part of on Madden 16 (stored in the cloud) had been eliminated. It literally was no where. Four days later (an exact week after I had started having problems) the league data reappeared in the cloud. I am now able to access EA servers and continue to play the Madden 16 franchise league game. I have no idea why the franchise was deleted from the cloud (the other league members don't know either). It is also a mystery why the league reappeared. Ah, the joys of gaming. Never a dull moment or, apparently, a logical one.
- Anonymous8 years agoIf you don't mind helping me, my connected franchise is going through this issue. it started 4 days ago saying cannot connect to servers. How dI'd you contact EA sports?

My league was unable to contact EA except through this fan driven board. They have never replied to my inquiry. As I mentioned in my previous posting we found out our league data had been deleted from the cloud. Our commissioner went to the League function in Madden and searched for the League name, his name and other identifying info. A couple days later it magically reappeared. No idea how or why. We've been able to continue the League since then. Good luck in your efforts. I sure wish EA would care enough to help gamers.

I have had a similar experience. 3 days ago I get disconnected as I am finishing a franchise game. Been playing this cfm franchise since M16 came out and my league is 18 seasons deep.
was aiming to play one last season of which we was upto w12 and then manually export players into M18.
i was able to get a call from EA, they ran all the usual checks and gave me the great news that somehow my franchise data is corrupted and I will no longer be able to load it up.
i did my best to not swear at the guy but how in the hell does it just corrupt?
If EA does check the boards please find a way into my franchise as the guy on the phone and the so called specialist technician couldn't help, said there was no way into the franchise!!!
