GG v2 Kenny Clark BND Upgrade Bug on PC

Unable to upgrade the Gridiron Guardians Volume 2 95 OVR Kenny Clark BND on PC M23.

When put into the Gridiron Guardians Volume 2 set I get this error:

Our servers cannot process your request at this time.
