Give users more control over "Chip Blocks"

Because right now, there seems to be no rhyme or reason. And with the pass rush being to powerful and blocking being "less than ideal" give users some tools to counter this (Especially since check and release is broken)

That said, let us users identify which player we'd like to chip.
