Very disappointing lack of communication again.
In fact we seem to have gone backwards on some issues.
Season - missing trophies, packs and coins
Last Tuesday a solution was identified and being tested.
This week we are no closer to a solution.
Missing House rules rewards
No Update on this
These players are becoming obsolete, so we would expect an upgrade on these.
Competitive Pass
Missing rewards due to inability to complete via solo battles.
What compensation is the team planning to make?

TJ didnt seem overly hopeful about today.

Crashes and locked out of season.

There also needs to be a massive in-game effort if there is an expectation that we will continue this year and next.
Conclusions:
We do not feel that these issues are a priority to EA.
Resources are obviously not being directed into the franchise and MUT issues.
I would expect a senior team member to take ownership for the issues instead of hiding behind TJ.
@PixelQB I did realize also release times were not announced. Last year you knew it was 1030am et unless otherwise stated at 4pm ET. This year it could be 1030am, 230pm, 4pm, 7 pm...
Team Diamonds were supposed to be this week but was pushed back for a title update with a release date that has not been confirmed. Again communication was not there. Unfortunately the public face doesn't have any info so his role and effectiveness has been reduced.
