Got banned from Madden 23 for absolutely no reason

Yea EA is a joke at this point. I got banned last week and been on vacation. I came back to messages saying that they reviewed the ban and confirmed I participated in coin distribution...

All which is bs, I've never bought or sold coins. I've.snipped in the auction house and used it for TVPs or if the snip was really good put it back out on the market. If I pulled really good cards or rare ones I'd put them out for max, since I know someone would big them. 

On tip of that I only had 700k at the most. I've seen accounts with way way way more. 

At this point my only option is dispute the game purchase with Sony. 

All I ask is show me valid proof of what the claim against me is. 

YEA me too and I’m really tired of it they did it to me last year for absolutely no reason and then unbend me and all the sudden I finish a head to head game and band again for cheating? Cheating? Are you serious I have never ever cheated on any Madden game or any game for that matter I’ve never done any coin glitches nothing at all and not to mention I have spent so much money on MUT it’s ridiculous that they would even ban my Account it’s absurd I’m done spending my money with EA if they don’t fix this I’m never ever gonna buy anything that has to do with you because they are frauds and thief's And I’m tired of this it’s just out right not fair and disrespectful to the actual players who spend their hard earned money and I’ve never cheated a day in their life

This happened to me last night playing MUT champs. Banned for cheating on xbox (how would one even do that?) even though I don't cheat and in fact lose way more than I win in H2H (Hello EA, look at the W/L record if someone's cheating wouldn't you think they'd win more???). I don't even run meta plays or anything like 99% of players. Now I am in the situation as described where I am banned from a game I have spent a ton of time and money on, for just playing it. It's unbelievable.

I had Madden 24 on pre-order so I guess I will be cancelling that. Really great system of punishing your best customers here...

If it makes you feel any better, I was recently banned and also was never involved in any type of coin distribution, buying or selling(or using a bot) but am being accused of doing so and all I have done is legally sell and buy players on the auction house and honestly the ban does not matter at this point except the principle of actually not having done anything wrong. If I actually did something wrong I would have no issue accepting a punishment but when you have done absolutely nothing wrong and get punished that is messed up, and should be corrected. 

I don't know man it's a massive bandwave going on you guys need to fix that I got banned I had the game for a month and a half someone bought a player off me in the auction for 3 million coins and I get clean for cheating that's from your guys auction not from other site that was from you guys so and I have proof for my pay stubs that I had enough money to purchase a lot to even sell but I'm a cheater from buying from you guys EA I put three cleans and you guys not email me once funny money

Yeah I got banned from the auction house on Madden 24 about a week ago. I have done nothing against the rules. Just recently I finished the team diamonds set for jj watt. I have emailed ea help daily but haven't gotten anywhere. Anybody have any updates on the ban or how long it lasts. This blows.
