Got Disconnected from Server While Finishing Solo Battle

I have played several solo Battles this week that "lost connection to ea servers" resulting in DNF and no points. What can be done about this? It has ruined my solos week...

I am getting a solo battle disconnect from a game.. which I jumped into the game automatically exited out for a connection lost.. my internet is working with 300mb downloading LAN connection speed to the xbox.. please reset the connection lost game.. so I can continue my journey to top 100.

I was playing solo battles last night and during both games the internet in my city went down forcing me to lose connection and as a result I got no points in both games which I was winning and got no coins for playing. In the EA live chat I received no support which is typical of EA as all you do is take peoples money and give nothing in return. If you would like to help me by giving me the points I should have got and the coins it would be much appreciated seeing as this has happened through no fault of my own.

for me without internet going down.. I got disconnect.. and with that I will be out of race for top100.

First, I understand that is entirely frustrating experience because of how much time it takes to play those and rewards you could be missing out due to a DNF on the record. I wish there was a way I could remedy this by granting points or allowing you to replay the Solo Battle, but those options are not available through our Support tools. One concern about replaying the games where a connectivity issue occurs is that players could intentionally disconnect if they were losing so they can replay it. We've seen this happen to customers over time and relay this feedback up to the team, perhaps in the future there could be a way to replay games or continue where it left off. 

I know this wasn't the most ideal answer and appreciate you coming here to let us know about what happened to you. We'll continue to push thoughts like this up to the team so they know what areas of the game can be disappointing experiences at times.

This happened to me too on a couple of occasions. Today Saturday May 2nd 2020 was the most notable. I was disconnected from three solo battles in a row. I am 100% sure it’s not my internet connection. It’s definitely the * EA servers. This is ridiculous I was averaging 24,000 points per game and would have likely finished in the top 100. Now I won’t didn’t even reach legend. So a complete waste of my time and based on EA quality a waste of money as well. WE DESERVE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS!!

Happened to us too this week Multiple times during the week. you play the whole game then it is disconnected when going back to the main menu. Even if you quickly hit r2 and connect again you still get dnf.  This is really annoying.  

This happened to me today. The game disconnected from EA servers at the end of my last solo battle game which caused me to have a DNF in my record. So I missed out on top 100 rewards. It's so infuriating because it occurred when the game was over and it was about to display the game summary.

This has happened a few times before but never on the end of the last solo battle game. Disconnects only happen in this mode and I'm not sure why given I'm playing the computer. I'm shocked so many people have this issue and it occurs so often when they are simply playing the computer.
