Gridiron Guardians House Rules rewards not being given

On PC have now reached level 5 and have received 79+ player or 88 BND player This on top of already not receiving 87 BND campus heroes from Challenges Also won my first Superbowl last night and rec...

Yes, please!

no response to numerous complaints is incredibly bad. I’m basically giving up on madden due to this. Why grind for rewards when you might not even get them.
