Has anyone been banned recently on madden 21? they took away my whole mut tab ..

I’ve submitted like 10 cases and it’s been over a week

Submitting multiple cases is not required and is actually counterproductive.

Please allow our Advisors time to attend to your current cases, thanks.

I understand that , but it says 72 hours , then an advisor told me 5 days , now it’s been over a week and all i’ve received is an email saying that they are closing the duplicate cases
