[MUT] equipped playbook overwritten by preferred team

Hi guys!

I only got the game last weekend and wanted to smash out some solos. Last year and most years I use Mid Blitz from the Nickel Double A Gap. I have 3 Defensive Playbooks that all should feature this play (Dolphins, Pats, Saints) but when I go into the formation, Double A Gap is missing in Nickel.
Anyone know why?

    Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
    Summarize your bug Bears defensive playbook not being recognized in game.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add Bears defensive playbook to your team and enter a solo challenge.
    What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to use the Bears defense in challenges, the plays are not recognized and instead defense defaults to whichever current team you are playing with. Only workaround I found was to have the Bears jerseys on during gameplay.
    What do you expect to see? Bears defensive plays

    As stated above, Bears defensive playbook on Ultimate Team does not register in game unless you have their uniforms on.

     I’m stuck in the 49ers playbook on off n def even tho I sold them n run panthers and Bears not Even if I equip them. This is in mut obviously…any ideas?

    @R2B2SW do you mean that you have equipped a Panthers (offense?) and a Bears (defense?) playbook in your MUT lineup but have the 49ers playbooks during games?

    on what platform do you play? PS, xbox, PC? if xbox or PS, do you play the game in the next gen version (i.e. PS5, xbox x) or current gen?

    My offensive plays have changed because I changed my defensive playbook which doesn't make sense. Can someone help?

    @mark23taylor Playbooks might have plays removed for a variety of factors. One is due to the actual real life team itself not using those formations during the NFL season.

    @EA_Blueberry Nickel - Double A Gap - Mid Blitz should be in the Pats, Dolphins and Saints playbooks. I had all those and couldn’t get to the formation/play in ANY solo.
    So what I had to do was quick sell my Bears Defensive Playbook that I was using and the equip the Pats or Saints or whatever playbook I wanted. The game was locking me to the Bears Defensive Playbook even though I didn’t have it equipped but it was still in my binder. It’s definitely a glitch that I have found and then fixed by quick selling my first playbook (Bears). No matter how many times I Unequipped the Bears playbook and used another playbook, the defensive formations and plays didn’t change.
    It’s sorted now but I had to quick sell the Bears D playbook

    Summarize your bug The playbook I select in the strategy menu is not the playbook I get during matches. The playbook I get is always from the team of which I wear the jerseys. A new installation of the game didn't help at all.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. This error seems to be seldom.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I have the wrong playbook
    What do you expect to see? The correct playbook
