Headliners set completed and didn’t receive items back as BND

Here we are once again in another year of the all mighty MUT BUGS !!! Not only am I having issues with buying Headliner players from the Auction lot that are turning into BND items which are 3 so far Lol after finally being able to buy more that didn’t turn into BND items got them into the Joe mixon Champion Set and yes all 5 of them I put in and guess what had another issue only this time I didn’t receive any of the 5- 86 ovr’s back only had the Joe Mixon champion card and now missing 5 BND items that where required so now I’m out a total of 7- 86’s lol and why not add one more issue that has 3 different case numbers now lol but the level 10 store offer which is 2x 80+ Platinum Player card packs that  cost $5 bucks for the madden points “… instantly the funds were taken from our account and we clicked to make the purchase and boom bang back at the log in menu saying severs couldn’t complete after going back in and seeing I lost the madden points, the money and still received nothing lol couldn’t help but smile because this was exactly why we didn’t purchase the ultimate all madden bundle with all those extras .. hard to have faith in someone or something when they can’t met us in the middle
