House Rules Expired, No Update on Rewards

It has now been two weeks since the Gridiron Guardians House Rules was released, with the rewards being broken since launch.  On Monday we got our first acknowledgement of the problem, but still no word on a fix, after House Rules expired.

I maxed out my score on Xbox One, and did not receive at least 15 to 25k of the coin rewards, did not receive any of the 4 79+ packs, did not receive either 88 OVR BND packs, and did not receive the 86+ pack.

I heard from a friend that rewards might be working on the Series X/S version, so I played just over 5k PP, and was missing at least 2 5k rewards, all 79+ packs,and both  88 BND packs, 


This situation would be far less frustrating to players with some communication from EA staff.  We heard nothing in the stream all week and the Community Mnangers have ignored dozens of posts on the topic.

Please give us an update about when we can expect to receive our rewards.

    @BrahmK bro, hate to break it to you, but you, nor I, are getting these rewards.... that ship has sailed, so you might as well accept saying "bon voyage"... they WILL NOT make us players whole on our earned achievements, i'd bet my left testicle i'm so sure of it... forget it, dude... it ain't happening

    Same, missing players as well as 50k season xp. Have not addressed it at all. Also dealing with the solo battles glitch where I cannot play my games and complete my comp pass. Very disappointed with the UI glitches and lack of customer service on EA’s part.

    Here it is Friday, 15 days after House Rules came out, with no update on a fix.  All questions during Thursday’s stream were systematically ignored, so now we are waiting until Tuesday, hoping that EA acknowledges and addresses the problem, and gives us our overdue rewards.

    it seems the earliest this could be addressed at this point is Day 19, if they resolve it at all.

    @BrahmK brace yourself... they ain't giving us a damn thing... let's be honest... they realized that they messed up with Field Pass, not being able to monetize the growth of the teams like they want, so now they are curtailing that, by taking the main source of XP an upleveling off the board, and will try to force us to buy packs to better our teams... it's simple, really

    You haven’t been able to get Super-bowl rewards since the game came out nothing is being addressed best next step would be a class action lawsuit on selling a faulty product and teaching young men gambling addictions.

    @Blake9187 In their TOS it states you can not file a Class Action Lawsuit. If we go by their TOS the only thing a person can do is submit a Notice of Dispute and then Arbitration.

    PS5 - having the solo battles “bug” all week.

    gridiron house rules (got coins but not the 88 packs) 

    and now in seasons when I get promoted the pack/award does not generate. Allstar/mvp level. 

    There was also a big where 1 solo battle win was giving me 2 cp points instead of 1. I have to wonder if they found that and squashed solo battles bc of that.

     After the lack of rewards on cp a few weeks ago

    i got a free silver uniform and all the awards but just late. I’d be happy to get this stuff after the fact but I agree it’s not gonna happen.
