House Rules Reward not received

ea I grinded for that level 5 reward in house of rules and never got my 88 bnd ovr pack fix it now ea

i have won multiple super bowls and have not received my trophy packs. Also house rules content. I am not receiving rewards from those. Lastly, my team captain upgrade cards. I have not got them back yet. Please help
