House Rules Reward not received

I am missing both of my house rules 88 OVR packs.
I am missing both of my '88 overall guardians from house rules
No solo battles are showing and i haven't got my house rules rewards
I just completed a level of house rules where the reward is an 88ov player - but the pack isn’t there.
I am also extremely disappointed with the lack of info regarding solo battles. Where is the update? Please fix your issues.

Didn’t receive a pack playing through the house rules games from it reward system. But I received the reward of 5000 coins after getting the next rank.
I have emailed customer service about missing content and they seem to be clueless in response. I just want to get an update saying they are aware of the issues and plan to fix them.
Not only am I missing the House Rules rewards which everyone is aware of but we I am missing the Campus Heroes BND, Super Bowl Wins and solo battles. I got the game a little bit later on which means I will not be able to get Dave Casper in time since I would need the comp XP to get. This is a good thing for EA as they keep releasing new packs, new players and new content which will make the players that we receive obsolete and force us to spend money since they are not rewarding out time. How can you guys keep releasing content without fixing known issues we have been having for weeks.
Campus Heroes has been a month since the reward and now it seems that 87 overall is overshadowed by the 91+ overalls that have been released.Looking for a response
Got this pack playing house rules and it’s no where to be found when trying to open it need help ASAP because i don’t wanna keep doing these games if im not going to get my reward for them
I have yet to receive my packs from h2h house rules & the guardians field pass.
Didn’t receive my 88 overall guardian
I’ve still yet to EVER receive my house rules rewards for the past 2 months and now I’ve won 3!!! 3 Super Bowls and have gotten no rewards for it! This is absolutely ridiculous.
It’s been weeks. Still haven’t received house rules rewards. How long can it take

Thanks.- @EA_Barry TJ said yesterday in the evening stream that missing items/rewards(h2h and house rules) are planned to send out til the end of this week. Game Advisors can do nothing for this!
