House Rules Wont Load

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? DatNoobADAM
Date/time issue occurred All day
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug I cannot play house rules. I got into one game this morning. It froze and I had to dashboard the app, and since then after I click "House Rules H2H games" it says loading and then please wait and then just sits in a purple screen forever with my currency and level in the top right corner
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure, during my first game of House Rules the game froze and I had to dashboard and haven't been able to get in since and that was this morning
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen doesn't load to be able to start a game
What do you expect to see? The boxes to enter a game

    I keep getting error after doing this step btw it's Madden 25

    Hey @DarkKnight306, 

    I'm afraid we don't have a way of removing losses or changing the results of a game after it's been recorded. Were you able to try any of the troubleshooting steps I recommended earlier in this thread? You're still running into the same crashes after that?

    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
    Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
    Summarize your bug When I search for a game, the countdown freezes and I am booted to the xbox dashboard. When I load madden back up, the game counts as a 0-0 loss, even thought I never played it or even game close to playing it. This has been happening for a few weeks now but today it has happened 5 or so times. I am tired of this, it is ruining my record.
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play head to head, I'm sure it'll happen eventually.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The countdown search freezes, and my game kicks me to the xbox dashboard
    What do you expect to see? I want these unfair loses removed from my record.

    please fix this, it has been happening for too long! or in the meantime, just remove the losses from my record.

    Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the issues you've been seeing? 

    A good place to start off is with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

    Hi @DatNoobADAM, 


    When you've got the chance can you try something for me to see if it helps? Open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select the option to clear the Alternate MAC Address. The Xbox will restart after that.
