How do I activate Superstars-X-factors if they are missing on usered team?

Everyone I found the solution!!! You must unlock the Equip X Factor under the Offensive Coordinator Coach talent tree for Offensive X Factor Players and the same goes for Defensive X Factor players under the Defensive Coordinator talent tree!!

I found a fix that worked for me. If you select the player that isn’t showing up with his X factor (cam heyward in my case) go to edit player and go to where you can change his trait, change it from superstar X factor to just superstar and save, after you save the change to back and it, should work
