Hey @thebasy.
Have you connected both of the controllers to your PC? Is it not recognizing them both when you're trying to play a game?

I have neither controllers connected to the PC. Both controllers are bluetooth connected to my Nvidia Shield. I'm using Gamestream to stream Madden 20 from my PC to Nvidia Shield. When I do that, both controllers (one is a PS3 controller and the other is a Xbox One controller) work to control game content but I can't assign one controller to one team, for example, and one controller to another team so we can play head to head.

Hmm, I see. What happens if you try connecting the controllers directly to your PC? I'm just wondering if this might be related to streaming the game through the Nvidia Shield, or if it's actually happening because of the game itself.

I got this sorted out. It seems it was an Nvidia Shield thing. I found this article and it did the trick for me.
