How my Face of the Franchise CB character randomly turns into QB?

I have played 4 weeks in my Madden 23 Face the Franchise mode with CB as my player and now the player randomly changed to QB. It says I am still a CB in the top right corner but I can only upgrade QB...

I can’’t upgrade my WR skills b cause it makes me upgrade my QB skills. I have the same issue and it is so annoying. I can’t be a good receiver with QB skills.
