How to contact support when your account is banned?
I need to know how to get into a direct chat with support or even better a phone number so I can talk to a real person and resolve my account issues. Can anyone help me with this? I have received no answers in the forums and repeated emails have gotten me no responses.

On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Support team is in the same boat as we are, they can't handle ban cases either.
The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. At the moment, the only avenue to connecting with the Terms of Service team is through filling out the webform. That webform is how you can send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake. The Terms of Service team will look into it for you and be in touch through email with the outcome as soon as they can.
