Please dont listen to this guy about pass blocking. He is definately a beginner madden play with no real football knowledge. Pass Blocking is way to overpowered. Im not even talking about how they are psychic and almost always know where the blitz is coming from and picks it up without the User even needing to set the protection on his own. Im talking about just basic 4 man pass rush. In Madden pass rush is terrible and QBs consistently have 5+ seconds which is not authentic to real life NFL football where Qbs average time before sack is less than 3 seconds. If you guys make pass rush better and replicate NFL football, it gets rid of all the Gun Tight cheesers and every other cheeser who sits in dropback passplays every play of the game. In real football running the ball, play action, and screen passes are all tactics teams use early in games to tire out and slow down pass rush from defensive lines. No NFL team runs dropback pass plays every play of the game because D-Line would be able to T off and get after the quarterback extremely quick. This should be incorporated into Madden. Anybody that sits in dropback pass plays the whole game should have a real difficult time with pass rush and getting enough time to get the ball off on their shot plays "money plays" that they run every play. People should not be able to run their bs "one play td" play every play and while this can also be fixed with improving deep zones, pass rush is the best way to bring an authentic/simulation Football experience where just like NFL teams, madden players have to build up to the ability to run a long developing shot play and be able to get the ball out without getting sacked, by running the ball, play action, screen passes, quick game. (Quick game passing concepts are basically never used in competitive Madden bc ppl know theres no point why pick a Quick pass concept when u can pick a deeper concept that takes longer to develop and u still wont get sacked 99% of the time vs a 4 man rush either way. Elite pass rushers like Micah Parsons and Aaron Donald get to the QB in a second or 2 when they are not being double teamed, + they are T'ing off on the pass when its a obvious pass situation(3rd and long) and they dont have to read whether its a run or pass play happening. #MakeMaddenSimulation/Authentic #MakePassingTheBallNotSoDamnEasy

Their could be different commentators, pre-game warm-ups, better scoreboards, halftime shows, and the create a team feature like in NBA 2k, and also be able to play as college teams.

Considering my first Madden game was Madden 97, I'm far from a beginner 😉
Pass blocking is not overpowered; on the contrary, it has been (almost) non existent (some years) and overall broken for a decade or more. It was slightly improved this year, but the tackles still give up way too many sacks during the course of a season. There is literally zero reason for tackles who are 90+ overall with 90+ in all the key pass blocking categories to be giving up double digit sacks every year throughout franchise mode. That just isn't realistic, add in the fact that they get beat the same way, makes it more unrealistic. I'm not sure which games you're playing where you're getting 5+ seconds in a (non existent) pocket to throw a pass.

So im not going to get to deep into changes as far as improvements because to be honest the game is a great game and there has been some great improvements i know everyone has there opinions on what needs or what they prefer. Clearly we cant always get everything we want packed into one game otherwise there would never be room for improvements.
Now I will say the commentating and half time show has not been upgraded as much as it should have considering the new age of gaming I think that it would be a great improvement to implement more commentators in different football games in madden other than the 2 we have already including Johnathan coach.
Even adding short pre game shows would be an awsome improvement. Moreover the halftime show for decades has been outdated. Its time to start adding small short clips of other teams instead of just stats. We also need a little more customization CAC like tattoos and hairstyles and colors.
Now the biggest for me has been the defense of tackling there has to be more realistic hard hitting tackles not outrageous hits like in madden 05 but more of the big hits we see in the NFL and better situation cut scenes especially when players get injured the feeling as if your watch a real life football game keeps interest high. Madden has come along way and i hope it continues to go in the right direction.

I know the game is already ready to go but if y’all did 5 I would be so happy for years now me and my friends have really hoped for it’s a detail that would make the game really realistic and give verity to players.

To be frank to EA, it's looking like another year of a sub-par franchise experience. As 20+ year madden player, it is extremely disappointing the lack of creativity and acknowledgement from EA for it's core franchise players.
2k has been killing the Franchise Simulation niche with it's extremely playable franchise mode that has a ton of items THIS COMMUNITY DESERVES.
For example in 2k23 MyNBA you can:
1) Import community assets for your relocation team (no more generic tired/repetitive assets we are constantly force fed). This would also be AMAZING if we had the ability to also create the new relocation stadium with community assets as well to completely immerse your franchise players in being a GM and/or Owner
2) Ability to completely customize every single aspect of a league (yes it seems like EA has added a couple of these items but I am talking EVERY SINGLE ASPECT DOWN TO LEAUGE CAPS ETC),
3) The ability to play any decade of football since the creation of the NFL (can you imagine if you gave YOUR PLAYERS the ability to start at whatever year they would like and change the course of their beloved franchise and draft players from real draft classes to do so?) THIS ONE WOULD BE A GAME CHANGER EVEN IF YOU DIDN"T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE
4) League meetings every offseason to discuss potential rule changes (2k does it every offseason where 10 rules are proposed and you can either vote 'for' or 'against' the new rules. I.E Get rid of kickoffs can be voted on and will be implemented if approved the next season).
5) Trade finder to help find trades instead of trying X amount of times to find a good deal that would be accepted
It is really getting tiring every year hoping for a game that mirrors the dynamic, always fun, 2k Franchise series. I would even pay for enhanced features in franchise since EA loves microtransactions so much. I.E if you buy x amount of madden points you can get a ultra rare scouting report on a sleeper draft pick that unveils a 99 club player that noone else knows about before the draft.
PLEASE EA BRING THE LOVE OF FOOTBALL BACK TO THE FRANCHISE!!!!
