It doesn't work. I paid money for this and I want my trial. I contacted you and you said you will fix in 1 to 2 days and that’s when it comes out. You guys are just stealing money and it’s not ok. I want my trial I paid for.

I have EA Play on my PS5 and downloaded the Madden 23 file. My copy is still in transit so I figured I could play on the trial until it arrives. When I try to access the trial - which says I have 10hrs left - a message says I need to buy the game. Does EA Play on PS5 not give you a 10hr trial?
